Performance review and appraisal tools allow you to map corporate goals to individual key performance indicators (KPIs). Track core competencies to drive employee accountability and productivity. When this module is enabled, employees can use the self-service Performance features to enter self-evaluations and view input from managers.

Provides a central location for employees to find and manage information. Intranet features include scrolling announcements, front page news articles, calendar events, polls, contact directory, and a forms and documents repository. Using self-service features, employees and managers can access and, if approved, change data related to themselves or their employees.
Allows for entry and tracking of benefits such as vacation or leave time accrual, benefit providers and plans, as well as the premium tables for those benefits. If this module is enabled, employees can access self-service features for benefits through the Intranet, including plan preference changes during open enrollment periods. Offers employee-level pages with information about dependents, benefit election details, and so on.
Time & Attendance
Integrated time and attendance system allows supervisors to view and manage their employees' time entry, vacation time accrued, and time off requests. When this module is enabled, employees can use the self-service Time Entry and My Leave Information features of the Intranet to record time worked and time taken.
Unique portal views based on roles include:
- Employee Portal. Allows employees to see and manage data, depending on access given.
- Manager Workbench. Managers can access and change data related to their employees online.
- Administration. Allows HR personnel or other administrators to manage setup and tools of the platform including HRIS features, Intranet features, users, and utilities. Includes an Xpress Hire feature that allows admins to enter new/pending hire employee data.
The payroll processing module of the Exponential Impact solution for the USA and Canada allows you to manage key payroll tasks in house from a simple Web interface.
Our unified, fully compliant, Web-based payroll system makes paperless payroll preparation a snap. The system includes integrated payroll timesheets and pay-stub look-up so your data is right at your fingertips, all in one place.
Direct Deposit and Leave Balances
